If you started an order before the pause and it hasn't yet expired, you're still welcome to proceed with the trade in.
Once you've completed your Buyback order, you can do the following to ensure that your device has a swift inspection:
- Remove all passcodes and your iCloud/Google accounts
- Remove all protective casing (screen protectors and cases)
- Clean and dust off any visible dirt or grime
- Factory reset the phone, smartwatch, or tablet
- Send only the device with no accessories (SIM cards, charging cables, etc)
