A preliminary quote is generated based on your device’s condition and our partner’s pricing algorithm to ensure you receive a competitive and fair offer.
Your quote is locked for 14 days from the date it is issued, provided the device’s actual condition and specifications match the information submitted during the quoting process.
To maintain the locked quote, your device must be postmarked within the 14-day period. If it is shipped after the quote expires, the device may be re-evaluated based on current market pricing.
If the device’s actual condition or specifications differ from what was originally described, our partner may issue a revised offer based on the updated evaluation.
If a revised offer is issued, you will have 10 calendar days from the date the offer is sent to either:
- Accept the revised offer, or
- Request that the device be returned
If no response is received within 10 calendar days, the revised offer will be automatically considered accepted, and payment will be issued for the revised amount.
If you reject the revised offer and request the return of your device, our partner will cover the return shipping costs and return the device to the original address provided.
