Once your device arrives at our partner’s facility, it will undergo a thorough inspection. During this process, they will verify the device’s brand, model, locked or unlocked status, battery capacity, and financing or lost/stolen status. They will also assess the overall condition of the device, including any visible wear and tear, to confirm it matches the information provided in the original questionnaire.
You will receive the inspection results within 3 business days of the device being received.
- If the device’s condition and specifications match the original submission, the final offer will remain the same as the locked quote.
- If the device’s condition or specifications differ from what was originally described, a revised offer may be issued based on the updated evaluation.
If a revised offer is provided, you will have 10 calendar days from the date the offer is sent to either:
- Accept the revised offer, or
- Request the return of your device
If no response is received within 10 calendar days, the revised offer will be automatically considered accepted, and payment will be issued for the revised amount.
If you decline the revised offer and request your device back, our partner will cover the return shipping costs and send the device back to the original address provided.
To help avoid unexpected revisions to your offer, we recommend completing the questionnaire as accurately as possible.
