If you started an order before the pause and it hasn't yet expired, you're still welcome to proceed with the trade in.
When you complete the Buyback order form, you will be emailed a prepaid shipping label to send in your device. You can also access the label via your account at https://reebelo.com/account/trade-in.
You'll need to provide your own packaging for shipment and we recommend using a sturdy box with adequate padding to ensure the device stays safe during transit. We are not responsible for devices that are damaged upon arrival due to poor packaging.
Be sure to affix your label properly so it's visible and can be scanned.
