We want you to shop with confidence so all device purchases made on Reebelo come with a 12-Month Warranty. During this period, the vendor will repair the device or offer a replacement if repair isn't possible. You're eligible for a refund if the vendor can't repair or replace the device. The Warranty is valid for 12 months from the delivery of your device.
What's covered?
The Warranty covers all hardware and software defects or failures, provided that the device has no identifiable physical or water damage. In other words, the Warranty is limited to operational and functional defects encountered in normal use of the device.
Please let us know as soon as a defect appears. If reports are not made in a timely manner, your claim may be rejected and the vendor may not be obligated to repair or replace your item.
What’s not covered?
We want to ensure your experience with our products is smooth and transparent. Please note that our warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from physical impact or liquid exposure. This includes:

Any malfunction or damage caused by liquid entering the device

Gradual wear and tear or cosmetic damage that does not affect the device's functionality. Note that creases or other cosmetic damage to the screen on Galaxy Z Fold devices due to folding and unfolding are not covered

Any malfunction or damage resulting from drops, pressure, or other physical impacts

Loss, deletion, or corruption of data stored on the device
The Warranty will not cover your device if it's opened for repair or diagnosis by a third party (e.g. anyone other than the original vendor). In other words, if a malfunction occurs with your device, but it has been broken, water damaged, opened by a third party or shows signs of impact due to a fall/drop, the Warranty will become void.
We encourage you to handle your device with care to ensure it remains protected under the Warranty.
Is your device no longer covered?
In such cases, you still have a few options:
- Trade it in. You can see if a vendor is interested in purchasing the device through our Buyback Program
- Repair it. Depending on the malfunction a local repair shop may be able to fix the issue
- Recycle it. Recycling the device ensures that every component is put to the best possible use
