The 30 Day Return Policy
If the product doesn’t meet your expectations or you change your mind, you can return the item for free within 30 days from the delivery date. We cannot consider refund claims outside this timeframe.
For pre-owned items, you can return your item within 30 days for a full refund assuming it's in the same condition as when it was received. If the vendor's inspection finds obvious signs of use or the item was damaged after delivery, the return will be denied and the item will be sent back to you.
For devices, please ensure that it's free of any passcodes and iCloud/Google accounts as well as any software lock (iCloud/passcode/SIM Lock. etc.) and include all the provided accessories.
For Brand New devices, the item must be unopened and sealed in its original packaging. If the item was opened or damaged after receipt, the return will be denied and the item will be sent back to you.
If you'd like to start a return under the 30 Day Return policy, please follow the steps below.
1. Log into your account

First log into your account, you can click here to login to your account for quick access.
Once logged in, click "Account" and then select "My Orders" from the drop down list.
2. Locate the specific item and click the Return button
Under your orders, you should see all the orders you've made. From there, click "Return" to proceed with the 30 Day Return Policy claim assuming the device in the same condition as it was received.
Do not click on "Warranty Claim" while your 30 Day Return Policy and tis still active.
You then should be able to see the following:

Fill out the details in the form, select your resolution preference of either having it repaired/replaced or a refund. Please ensure that the information is accurate, otherwise this may affect the eligibility to return the device.
Then provide a minimum of 4 clear photos of the item.
Photos of smartphones and iPads/tablets must include
1. The front of the device with all four corners visible
2. The back of the device with all four corners visible
3. Right Side of the device
4. Left side of the device
5. Top side of the device
6. Bottom side of the device
Photos of laptops must include
1. The screen with all four corners visible
2. The keyboard with all four corners of the laptop visible
3. Back and front case of the laptop
4. Right and left side of the laptop
For any other products that is not listed here, similarly, please do take clear photos avoiding reflections showing the front, back, and sides of your product.
As another reminder, ensure that any devices are free of passcodes and iCloud/Google accounts as well as any software lock (iCloud/passcode/SIM Lock. etc.) and include all the provided accessories.
