In the unlikely case that you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return your undamaged device within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and be in the original packaging.
Once returned, the vendor will complete an inspection of the device and either approve the return or follow up with more details. Once the return is approved, your refund will be initiated to your original form of payment. The funds should post within 3-5 business days, depending on your bank.
In the event that the vendor observes obvious signs of use or damage, they reserve the right to apportion you a refund value deemed reasonable or reject the return.
If the item arrives damaged, you must report the issue as soon as possible, within a maximum of 4 business days following delivery, for us to consider the claim. You'll need to provide images of the item and packaging.
