For security reasons, our vendors restrict address changes once an order has been placed. The only exceptions are:
Adding a missing suite or apartment number
Correcting a minor typo (e.g., a misspelled street name)
Address change requests can only be submitted if the item has not yet been dispatched.
How to Submit an Eligible Address Change Request
Log into your account and go to My orders and locate the item in question
Note: If your order includes multiple items from different vendors, submit a separate request for each item
Click Help next to the item
On the following page, select I need to change my delivery address
Fill out the form with:
A correction to Address Line 1 (if it’s a minor typo), or
A missing suite/apartment number in Address Line 2
Click Submit your Help Request
Our team will review the request and, if eligible, forward it to the vendor for processing.
If Your Address Change Isn’t Eligible
If you need to make a more significant change (e.g., a different street or city), you’ll need to cancel your order and place a new one with the correct address.
To Submit a Cancellation Request
Log into your account and go to My orders and locate the item in question
Note: If your order includes multiple items from different vendors, submit a separate request for each item
Click Help next to the item
On the following page, select I want to cancel my order
For the reason, choose I entered the wrong address
Click Submit your Cancellation Request
The request will be sent to the vendor for confirmation.
Important Notes
Cancellation is not guaranteed. Once an order is in the vendor’s system, it may already be processing—even if it hasn't shipped yet
If your cancellation is successful, you'll receive a confirmation email, and a refund will be issued to your original payment method (usually within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank)
If the cancellation is unsuccessful, we’ll notify you. You can still return the device for a full refund after it's delivered (see how to start a return)
If the item is delivered to the incorrect address you provided, and the package is marked as delivered, we won’t be able to retrieve it. In this case, we recommend reaching out to the resident at that address to attempt retrieval
