Reebelo is a marketplace where individual vendors manage and ship their own inventory. When you request to cancel an order, the vendor is immediately notified of your request.
However, the ability to cancel your order depends on the status of fulfillment on the vendor’s end. Each vendor uses their own inventory and fulfillment systems, and some may have limited integration with our platform. This means cancellation requests are not always processed instantly.
Orders placed on Reebelo are sent to vendors right away so they can meet fast shipping timelines. Because of this, vendors may begin processing your order very quickly—even before they see the cancellation request. If your order is already being prepared or packed, it may no longer be possible to cancel, even if the package hasn't yet shipped.
Vendors do their best to cancellation fulfill requests but keep in mind that it may not always be possible.
