Our Trade-In / Buyback Program is a simple and convenient way to receive cash for your old devices. The program is powered by our partner, RECOM. You can review their terms here.
1. Get a Preliminary Quote
After placing an order on Reebelo, click the “Trade-In Now” button or visit the Trade-In page directly. Complete a short questionnaire for each device you’d like to sell.
Once the form is submitted, you’ll receive a preliminary quote. You can then choose your preferred payment method (PayPal or bank transfer) and provide your shipping address, which will be used to generate a prepaid shipping label.
If you’re unable to find your device in the questionnaire, it means our partner is not currently accepting that model for trade-in.
2. Ship Your Device
Before shipping your device, please:
- Remove all account locks (such as iCloud or Google locks)
- Remove all accessories, including SIM cards, phone cases, and screen protectors
Please note: any accessories included with the shipment will be discarded during inspection, so we recommend sending only the device itself.
For your privacy and security, make sure all personal data has been erased from the device before shipping.
Pack the device securely in a sturdy box with sufficient padding (such as bubble wrap or packing paper) to prevent movement during transit. Attach the prepaid shipping label clearly to the outside of the package so it can be easily scanned.
You can either have USPS pickup the package with your regular mail delivery or drop the package off at your nearest USPS location.
3. Device Inspection
Once your device arrives at our partner’s facility, it will undergo a thorough inspection. An inspection outcome will be provided within 3 business days of receipt.
If the device’s actual condition and specifications match the information provided during the quote process, your final offer will match the locked quote.
4. Revised Offer (If Applicable)
If the device’s actual condition or specifications differ from what was originally described, our partner may issue a revised offer based on the updated evaluation.
If a revised offer is issued, you will have 10 calendar days from the date the offer is sent to either:
- Accept the revised offer, or
- Request that the device be returned
If no response is received within 10 calendar days, the revised offer will be automatically considered accepted, and payment will be issued for the revised amount.
If you reject the revised offer and request the return of your device, our partner will cover the return shipping costs and send the device back to the original address provided.
5. Get Paid
Once the inspection is complete, you’ll receive a text message at the number you provided with a secure link to enter your bank details if you selected bank transfer. Once you accept the offer — or if a revised offer is accepted — payment will be issued promptly, typically within one business day, to your selected payment method. Please note that funds may take additional time to appear in your account depending on your bank’s or PayPal’s processing times.
