Damages, while rare, can occasionally happen during shipping. Not to worry, we're here to help!
Damages can include physical flaws including cracked/broken screens, dents or scratches beyond the specified condition, as well as functional flaws including a broken speaker or camera.
If your item arrives damaged, you should report the issue as soon as possible, within a maximum of 4 business days following delivery, for us to consider the claim and for the vendor to report the issue to the shipping carrier.
We reporting the issue, please provide photos of
- The damaged item, including clear, well-lit images of the damage
- The packaging
- The shipping label, including the tracking number
