Normally, the order would be processed for a refund and you can proceed to make another purchase again under a different vendor.
Occasionally, the vendor may have another model/colour available that they will offer. They would either call you or inform us and our CS team reach out to you.
In event that it happens, you get to choose whether you would like to have another model/colour or reject the offer and proceed for a refund.
